Their resume online looks good as they provide a wide range of services that seem to benefit small businesses (tax prep, quick books, cash flow management, etc.). They also have a good bench of support personnel that look like they could cover a variety of issues. As such, I was considering working with this group on accounting and tax prep matters, as I run my small business out of Fulshear where they are located. However, I called the office three times over a week attempting to schedule a meeting and got voicemail each time without a call back. Probably not a good fit for my business, as I need someone who will actually answer the phone.
