Called in twice for information regarding a claim and both representatives were extremely rude and sounded like they hate their jobs. Either they need to be compensated more to perform more pleasantly or not work in a position that requires assisting people. Also if the State were able to provide a little more trasparency of status of claims on claimss on the website portal, calls may not be required. Terrible customer service all around
