Overall Feedback:

I used these fools once a few years ago and it was a nightmare. They had the new guy do everything for us, which was slow and awkward. Then I got a call the night before the filing deadline explaining they had messed up and I needed to write another check to the IRS, sign an amended return, and get it mailed out immediately. Complete amateur BS.
