Feedback:
My only remark would be they need a sign at end of driveway to signify their location. When checking in, very nice and polite. When finished unloading, I noticed one of my straps had been ripped almost in half, to a point of useless. When I pointed it out. Was told 'he didn't see it' and walked away. So I went to main office and spoke to a supervisor. After 20 minutes of explaining he then wanted to see how it was in place at time of damage and took pics of where/how it was used. It was then they offered another strap to place it. I was thankful to them but irked that they never offered an apology and promptly walked away. Oh well!!!
