How does someone go about choosing an attorney? I asked friends for referrals, used Google reviews, and when making my decision to work with Schwartz Law Firm essentially took a leap of faith. Fortunately for me the experience exceeded my high standards.Carmen Moyer was very accessible, completed work in a timely manner, and perhaps most importantly explained the thought process to me in a manner that balanced the fact that I am a layperson with the reality that I possess reasonable critical thinking skills. Carmen also communicated my position in a way that reduced the possibility of adversarial developments with my counter party. In the short run this very likely reduced the cost I incurred for Carmen to represent me-but in the long run made me a customer for life-and one who would strongly recommend Schwartz Law Firm to my closest friends and family.In a sea of options all of which seem similar in the facade a digital world creates-I am entirely pleased that I worked with Schwartz Law Firm. If I had it to do over again my only wish would be that I had engaged them sooner. I had a very good experience with Schwartz Law Firm-and believe the majority of clients would say the same.If you are looking for a firm that is professional, respectful, efficient, courteous, and ethical then stop looking and begin working with Schwartz Law Firm-I am very glad I did.

My case was tough and had many tricky points in regards to child custody. I was always made to feel like my case was important, and when I had to go into the office, I was always treated with respect and professionalism. For a case that lasted almost two years, I can definitely say that if/when the need arises again, I'll be calling Shwartz

Worse Law Firm ever. They treated me as if i wasn't there million dollar contract and wanted nothing to do with my case. They didn't even give me the chance to sit and talk. Do not waste your time. Not recommended

As a father it is hard to receive rights in Michigan. It's even harder when your a father living out of state trying to have rights to your child living in Michigan. The process is hard to do from a different state. If it wasn't for Carmen Moyers being my attorney, I don't think I could have done this. She has helped me from day one and puts the needs of her clients first. She doesn't do it because it's her job, she does this because of the people she is helping and you can definitely see that in the work she does for her clients. Carmen has gone above and beyond what other attorneys I have dealt with did in the past and I am very thankful to have her on my side. She isn't afraid to stand up for her clients. Carmen's experience as an attorney shows in her knowledge of the law, delivery in court, passion for her job and persistence in seeking justice for her clients. I am speaking from personal experience working with her and would highly recommend Carmen to anyone.
