Complete waste of time. The lawyer sat across from me and provided no information specific to my issue. Being a certified parrelagal I find this very unacceptable. I had to take time off work in addition to traveling so this initial consolation wasn't free as far as I'm concerned. They refused to have a over the phone consolation. I'm guessing this was more of an interview for them than a consolation for me. What a joke.
