Feedback:
Management wants employees to give up thier cell phones due to other employees that do not listen to them plauing with thier phones and fires YOU if you don't comply. They do not have the right to take your personal property. I am the EMERGENCY CONTACT for my family, would not give up my phone and got fired because of the actions of my coworkers. Up until that point I had satisfied everything that was requested of me, including being on time!
