Had an amazing experience. Sales man came out and was extremely courteous and professional. Sales man understood the complexity of the repair. Sales man gave us a reasonable quote for the repair with a definitive time table. Office followed up to schedule the repair within the stated time table. The crew that showed up to do the repair took their time, they were extremely polite, uniformed, and best of all after they finished the repair they cleaned up every thing and put back some patio furniture they moved when they got there. You just cannot ask for more. I 100% support Screen Builders! I'm a landlord and have used other screen companies in the past - so trust me...no one compares to Screen Builders!
