This company is horrible, the reports are inaccurate. I recently had a company run a credit report on me using this company and my credit score was off by about 50 points. I knew this information had to be incorrect unless my identity was at risk somehow, I was so concerned I immediately called Transunion directly and they advised that the score I was provided by screening reports is inaccurate and that they are not sure how this company was getting the inaccurate information. I called screening reports and talking to Tanya in the dispute department and she was beyond rude and completely unhelpful. When I tried to explained to her the conversation I had with Transunion she barley let me speak refused to re-run my (inaccurate) report and told me there is nothing she can do for me and that I will have to deal with Transunion directly. I am writing this review so other people don’t waste their time and money like I did. They are charging 35$ for your probably inaccurate credit report when Transunion only charges 10$ and its guaranteed correct. Please use caution when using this company.
