When Frank was running things the Company and service was great. Since Ray took over he is flaky, not very professional or responsive. I had an appointment with him and had discussed the particulars over the phone. I confirmed everything and was driving up to my house and saw him leaving (he had arrived an hour early and left a note as if I did not show). I called him on his mobile and he turned around and came back. He was reluctant to follow through but ended up taking measurements and then had to get back to me. He took forever to get back to me and then dropped the ball and never heard back from him.

Scheduled an appt. and 15 minutes after set time had to call to inquire if on their way. Told emergency and would call me back in 5 minutes. Never received call, no show, no call to cancel or call back to reschedule. Unprofessional and inconsiderate.

I needed screen repair on a new home I just purchased and I called screen mobile Santa Clarita. Ray was very efficient and professional and did beautiful work on the screens he made. Will always call him back if I ever need more work done ! Thank you so much Ray !!!!

Ray did all my screen doors and windows. Door screen weren’t pet proof so he replaced it at no cost and did all the trimming and caulking. It was done fast and at reasonable rates. Got a few other projects lined up so will use Ray again definitely
