I was very skeptical of this place because of the bad reviews, and the seemingly fake good ones. I got a call from Heather who found me on LinkedIn. She seemed somewhat abrasive and angry over the phone and through emails. I decided to meet with her because they are close to where I live and they were able to meet after work. My experience there was the opposite of what I was expecting. The man at the front desk was very welcoming and friendly. When I met with Heather, she was kind, accommodating, and knowledgeable. I did have to fill out a paper with all the information that was on my resume, but Heather apologized that I had to do that, and I hadn't even said anything about it. She was very thorough with our interview and answered all of my questions. I was very pleased with my experience dealing with her. She even followed up with me about the position I was interested in very soon after I met with her. It seems that they are worried about wasting their time with people who are not serious about job hunting, and that is why they come off as abrasive. I know that is not an excuse, but it does seem like they are trying to fix their shortcomings. There was no paperwork regarding paying their fee as other reviews have mentioned. In fact, I did not sign any paperwork with them at all. If you are looking for a job and don't mind using recruitment agencies, you should give them a chance.
