They might be amazing CPA’s but we never got that far. My wife and I have always used TurboTax but with the purchase of a new home we thought an actual person would be more helpful. Lilly was friendly enough but absolutely refused to even give me a ballpark of costs to prepare taxes. Even after I assured her that I understand there are variables that affect prices but needed to know if we are talking $200 or $800. She kept insisting we come in to have them review for a quote but it’s just a waste of time if they charge $1,000. Pretty disappointing.
