I have also spent $1000s of dollars in CPA and associated charges at Secuity Tax Services. Unlike Jeff Sherman "was fired?!?", I am extremely satisfied. Or can be satisfied. If you put on your big boy pants and let Bob go to work, and are reasonable, then Bob will have another happy client. If an individual has an entitled outlook, and is not willing to provide information in a timely manner, there is no amount of professionalism that can change that.My personal experience with STS exceeded my expectations. I spent 11 months working with Bob, and his expertise helped me through a very stressful time in my life. Lots of "e x" words aside, I have since successfully recommended him. And my IRS drama is in the past. The fact of the matter is that Bob always made time to return an email or phone call. Even after my service was complete! He did what he said, and was up to date on his tax knowledge. I worked hard to improve my defaulted tax situation, but Bob worked harder. Thanks to Pam as well for her book-keeping.
