After paying $1,000's in fees to Security Tax Services, I got horrible advice and then was told I am too high maintenance after they misinformed me. They cost me $2,500 in extra IRS penalties due to their incompetence and misinformation they gave me. If you want a CPA who over promises you and fires you as soon as you hold them accountable for their incompetence, then hire Security Tax Services. Otherwise, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere for a professional CPA who has the competence to give good advice and the integrity to acknowledge when/if they make a mistake. I realize not everyone is perfect but the way that Bob handled my issues was very unprofessional and certainly not the character of a person I would want handling my books and taxes.
