Working at Selective Staffing Solutions for the past nine years has been an enjoyable and gratifying experience. I’ve been afforded the opportunity to grow professionally, and help those in the community find meaningful employment. It cannot be easy running a company in an industry as unpredictable as staffing, but Michelle Alberts manages to do it with the utmost professionalism and grace. She truly cares about her employees’ well-being, and works hard to provide an environment that fosters success and happiness.

Recruiting is not for everyone, as it is not an easy industry to succeed in. Michelle has provided my co-workers and myself with an environment that allows us to thrive, and I could not be more grateful to her.

Michelle Alberts is a kind-hearted and fair boss who sincerely cares about her staff and company. Recruiting can be a difficult industry to work in, but you get what you put in. The President & Owner of Selective Staffing Solutions, MICHELLE ALBERTS, is the most unprofessional person I have ever worked for. She is demeaning, belittling and does nothing to benefit her employees. I would never recommend her agency to any job seekers or employers.

After losing my job in November of 2017 I was devastated. I tried and tried to apply to all types of positions, had several interviews and they were all unsuccessful. One day I received a voicemail from Laura at Selective Staffing stating that she ran across my resume on Monster. I called back and was set up with an interview with them. I worked directly with Dylan, he did a great job explaining everything and kept me in the loop the entire process. Within a 2 week time period I was offered a position. After a long 6 month search I'm glad I'm finally going back into the working world. I can't thank this company enough for their dedicated staff members and especially all the help I received from Dylan.
