Ms. Stacey Baldwin, as of June 1st will owe $8,428 in rent. Ms. Stacey Baldwin is complaining about items that are easy to fix, if she had not impeded the maintenence personels entry by changing ALL SIX OF THE EXTERIOR DOOR locks! Ms. Baldwin claims that I changed all 6 locks and lost all six keys. This Tenant and has changed the Locks on every door to make sure that we cannot enter to do maintenence repairs, and then has the nerve to complain about repairs not being done!. This is a clear violation of the Lease. Still I tried to work with her insistance that she , or a family member be present whenever workers came to repair items. Contractors have literally shown up, to work on the house, based on her agreed to schedule, and she was not even there to let them in. Did I mention $8,428 in owed rent as of June 1st , 2015, smh.
