This report is a waste of time. We have ordered multiple pre-employment back ground checks and all but one of them came back with "no information found". Upon further investigation, we found that almost every single one of them had background events that should've been found. FIND A DIFFERENT SERVICE

Misleading advertisement. Says "Our national criminal background check shows criminal records, convictions, and sex offenders with a single search." That is completely untrue. It only searches select counties within each State. It failed to disclose several felonies that I was aware of that a employee already disclosed. Potentially very dangerous and misleading to issues reports that aren't complete. Research before you buy as others are doing this as well.

Very poor service, Customer service Representative was very rude and inefficient. I was planning to use the service to further investigate a soft background check that i received for an employee from a different company and Sentry Link didn't reveal any of that.

This company produces fraudulent reports. They search how criminal charges are filed but not the outcome of the court proceedings. Charges that have been reduced and even dropped show up as felonies. This company does a disservice to companies as well as their potential employees. They refuse to rectify their mistakes when confronted.

ABSOLUTELY horrible background check. I was told they don't even have access to public civil and criminal court records. I wasted my money on 3 separate reports which showed up with no information. I decided to perform my own search through public court records in Virginia and found felony charges. I wish I had seen their reviews on google before I decided to purchase. They should be ashamed of themselves.[Response to owner’s comment]Clearly you didn’t read my review. I found CRIMINAL RECORDS which were made public. How are you guys still in business? There is a reason you have a 2 Star average rating on google and countless complaints on the BBB website.

Disappointing. Please note if you are a small business and need to complete a background check along with a MVR report, they have a minimum requirement of 10. This was not disclosed until I discussed it with Customer Service otherwise, I would have used another service.

I own a small business and use Sentry Link. They are reasonably priced $19.95 and provide quick and accurate reports. I was surprised to see the lower reviews - I've always been very happy with the results and trust them to help me screen my new employees.

We are an employer, and we've used SentryLink for a while. They are fast, inexpensive, and have saved us from several bad hires. They also answer the phone and have been helpful when we had questions. I see a few negative reviews here from people who got flagged by them...as an employer that should give you confidence.
