Horrible place! They had me running around to start a job, worked one day, and I had let them know my 3 month old son had an appointment and I could not work on that following Monday. Maria, an employee for first staffing, did not let anyone know about it and when I tried contacting them that same day of the appointment they told me because I couldn't work that day, i was not able to work with them. The manager, Tami, and Maria told me I didn't even work at all for them. After them hanging up and forwarding my calls they finally told me I have to drive to them 25 mins away to fill out a timecard for them and then drive to the job site, to get it signed and then back to them. They have been very rude this whole time, and don't have a clue to what they are doing there!!! Very unprofessional. NEVER GO HERE!!! Asked to speak to a higher manager or supervisor and she said I am and hung up. This place NEEDS to be looked at by better business bureau!!!

This place is a joke the staff is very under trained, they don't even know how to add your hours and pay up correctly. Along with that I haven't worked there since December yet I haven't seen a single w2 tax form from them. If you need to get into any place these people are offering I'm simply telling you to back off don't work and collect unemployment. This staff agency is 100 percent a scam and a looser orientation. The manager* has absolutely not a clue to what she's doing and the staff couldn't even spell my address right, not only once not twice either but this is the third time I've called. When I asked when my w2 would be at this address, (after having to walk him through how to spell my address) he laughed and said 2 to 3 weeks from today. Never ever ever will go through another temp agency because of these loosers.

Another week goes by and the staff says they remailed my W2. Friday came and nothing again, so I call head office and they say they don't know what they are talking about that they don't send them out until the 21st. So are local Service First Staffing In Wisconsin rapids is just LIEING!!!! If you can avoid this company in anyway possible please do! The frustration this has put on my family I would never want to wish on anyone else. They are Horrible People!!!!
