Matt was recommended when we were buying our house and there was no heating to one end of the home. They were able to diagnose the problem and recommend a cost effective solution before we moved in so that our bedrooms were warm once we arrived. Over the ensuing years, we have had to call a couple of times for service and they have always been prompt and helpful.

Worst customer service. I've been dealing with no AC for over a month, they called trying to set an apt at 3:45 when I told them I had a softball game, he said they would call and set another apt... A week later today, I finally got an apt. This has been yet another terrible experience.
