If I could give 0 stars I would. Came here to get my taxes done and they were filed in march. I was told they would take 4-6 weeks before I would get my refund, I understand the end of the tax season I assumed it would take longer. Two months rolls around with no word on where my refund is. I called every day (Monday- Friday) for two weeks and left voicemails. I never once got a call back. I went into the office and was greeted with attitude. Mr. Sheerer was to busy to check where my tax return was I was to call a number and find out. I took the information and called. Once I was finally connected with someone I was told I was given the wrong information. I called back and to my surprise someone answered the phone. I got the correct information and called back to over an hour wait. I called Mr. Sheerers office multiple more times on and off throughout the week with no calls back. I call today and went through this whole process which I was greeted with attitude by the first lady who took it upon herself to hang up on me! I called back and was greeted by a very nice woman who now after 3 months is helping me get my return back!!! Terrible customer service would not recommend anyone go here!!
