I had a bad experience with an employee here on one of my visits when I was trying to ship a pre-labeled FedEx package for work, but it was not marked for a Saturday delivery and we needed it to be delivered by then. I ended up having to return to work so my coworker could change the label.At the time, I didn't understand why they couldn't help fix the label at this location, and the employee I was conversing with couldn't answer all my questions. The owner was not present at the time but later respectfully replied to my concerns.Thank you for taking the time to reply. I updated my review as I realized I was unfair in my assessment.
