We paid for a advertising banner to go across the front of our vending tent, after a week they still couldn't find the ticket to make it. The event I had to attend expecting to have my company banner, the next day, they still didn't have it finished, or started. Very bad buisness decision to go to this place. Unorganized, and no priority on items that's been paid in full up front. This cost me not only the banner for advertisement, but had to cancel our trip thanks to this store's inability to find the purchase ticket, or call me to allow me an option of refunding my money. Screwed around is what I call it at least.
