I've never had any problems with filing my taxes, they are straight forward. But I asked Silvia for advice three times, and ended up with a fee from the IRS for more than $8,000. Silvia confessed to me that her clients come in with letters from the IRS stating "new" laws and that’s how she finds out. But the law that prevented us from receiving our refund had passed in 2015.😒 I had filed in 2017. Silvia didn't offer an apology, or a refund from her behalf. She tried blaming the IRS because they didn't inform her of the new law that passed in "2015", and never took the blame. She doesn't care for her clients, your better off doing your taxes through Turbo Tax. In the end Silvia is NOT so professional like her Business name claims to be.😡
