Peace of mind. That's the main reason I continue to go to Simplified and recommend them to family and friends. I am impressed with how knowledgeable the accounting staff is. They work with me to get all the deductions and credits for my tax refund so I don't have to worry about a thing. I also love that I am always greeted with a big smile and offered complimentary beverages... They have a mini fridge with soda, if coffee or water aren't your thing! So cool!

I have gone to simplified for three years running and have always thought the prices were high but boy did they do a number on us this year. I filed my taxes with dependents and paid $240. And my fiance filed his, which was an EZ1040, and he was charged $160 paid upfront, he only got about $450 back as a refund. Okay.. His previous employer decided not to send out W-2's until mid March so he needed an amendment done on the taxes and they wanna charge another $75 to do that. Lol So in all total, we would be charged $475. No thanks! This company takes full advantage of the fact that you receive a refund no matter the amount. They DO NOT care about their customers; all they care about is how much money they can milk out of you. So disappointed with this money grabbing company and I urge you, if you are looking for a tax preparer, please look elsewhere for something more reasonable and affordable.
