From an employee point of view this is the WORST company I have ever dealt with. From DAY 1 they messed up. My first paycheck - I was overpaid. I had to inform this of this error. Then they turnaround and deduct the entire amount out of the next check. This next check they also made a mistake on my State and Federal tax deductions. Their so-called "Benefits" were NEVER explained fully and the actual amounts of what was covered by the health benefits was not at all explained resulting in my receiving unanticipated large bills for services from my healthcare providers that were so-called "In Network" providers.Then to add insult to injury I was layed off from my position 6 days before Christmas. SinglePoint Outsoursing cut me ONE check that included 2 pay periods of salary, accrued vacation and reimbursement of benefits deductions resulting in ONE large payment amount that meant that I paid higher taxes! Rather than dividing the check into the 2 pay periods that I would have normally received.When I called the Home Office today to ask if I would be able to receive my 2018 W2 for purposes of filing taxes electronically I was told that unless I had requested this that I could not and that I would have to wait for it to be snail mailed out on January 31. I was NEVER offered this option. Who doesn't send W2's electronically?! Again, from an employee point of view this company has the WORST customer service ever!!!NOTE: I would actually give this company ZERO STARS but it would not let me post without a star.
