Just got off the phone with this lady and she really just didn't want to help me because her fees to file a tax return was going to cost me around $250 to file between to states, then when I told her that was to high for me she said well I have a lot of business on my desk and was trying her best to disconnect from the call...Don't use this lady to do your taxes......
