This is not a bad review. But if you talk to me for 2 hrs and mention nothing about jobs?? Im not sure why their add says start work tom but thats is absolutely false.

Your average temp hire agency, all they do is race advantage of people that are desperate for jobs care about the money in their pocket, the staff there will like to you and you wont find out till you get to the job site.

Smart talent in lynwood got me a job very fast and efficiently! When i first got hired they called and asked how my first day went which was very kind! They always make sure i turn my time card in on time so i can get paid! Greatly appreciate this company!

Smart talent in lynnwood probably has to be one of the best and fastest working agencies i have dealt with. First time dealing with them they landed me a job the very next day, this is my second time calling smart talent in lynnwood for work and they found me another job within a week. I couldn't be any more pleased with this agency and would recommend it to anyone in the area!

At the beginning they seemed helpful. they got me a job for 5 business days (one whole week) because it was work that I was unfamiliar with wire crimping; I thought that I was doing a good job. I was actually starting to like it. other than them being very unresponsive when I emailed about when the pay period ended. I have recently emailed them about my W-2. just asking if it was electronic or not. No answer. I met to people who worked at this location Alex and Danielle both seemed helpful at the beginning then when I was let go, I was asked not to come back the day before I was supposed to go to work. Super pist if your going to let someone go just let them know when they give you the time card days earlier! Very disappointed with this temp agency. One time, and one job for five days didn't get me head I ended up getting another job immediately NOT THROUGH A TEMP ANGENCY
