Client Review on Smith Personnel
Feedback:
On Monday,as soon as I completed the application they sent me to a drug screen facility ,which is good ,but with other names than mine ,they should double-check their work.I had not realized it until I arrived at the drug screen facility to fill out the paperwork.The following day I called to let them know I passed the test ,they scheduled me to work on Wednesday night and on Wednesday evening I received their call to let me know that I would work on Thursday night. And yesterday ,I went to work as scheduled but I didn't work because the company they assigned me to , doesn't have my name in their computer system.I had to go back home and I was told I was not the only one sent there by Smith Personnel to be sent back Home for the same reason.Now I have lost a whole week !Very unprofessional
