Unresponsive and lacking excitement or effort. When people are down and out looking for employment, they need someone they can depend on to navigate the murky waters of job searching. After an in-person interview, I was setup with a phone interview for a client of Snelling's. After that, nothing. No follow-up, no additional help or assistance. I did not even receive a 'thanks, but no thanks' from the client. Was this legitimate or a ploy to drive activity so that it looked like they were providing value to the client? Unless in a very dire situation, I'd steer clear and make a go of it on your own - I did and found a great job after a few months of looking - stay positive and focus on what you want during your search and it'll eventually pay off.
