She did my taxes for 2 years. BOTH times she did NOT submitted the file by April 15th even though I did my taxes in March. She just simply forgot! So I got fine from IRS for $50. She is NOT a kind of person that cares about her customers. Maybe so busy and she is just trying to get you out of the room and go to next person. She never digs into your taxes to see file it the best way to get credits and refunds or ect...Even if you ask to get advise if I should do this or If I should get this credit and file this way for example, she says, on your own risk and she will do it for you but your own risk. Ms. Benyain, I am NOT there to just sit and you file my taxes, I can do that myself online for free. I am there to do it the BEST possible way to get credits and reduce my taxes at the lowest risk of audit and that is why I pay you and you went to school for. At the most and important time you need her ( usually in April or May ) she goes back to her country ( Iraq I guess) and takes weeks to response to emails.
