I called this substandard establishment and was told to show up with Medicare card and ins card, which I did and that they did “work” with the Mayo in Phoenix. When I arrived at the office in PV I was told: 1) They could not except my sample because the FedEx had already come and gone since it had to be over nighted. This was before closing time. So the FedEx shows somewhere between 10am and 1:30pm. 2) I asked why couldn’t they refrigerate it over night and send it out at whatever time FedEx Shows, no deal. Who ever this PV office talked to said no. 3) I have since found a more cooperative outfit to work with. 4) I must reiterate the inadiquicy of their timing with FedEx. Lo and behold if someone gets a sample after FedEx has come and gone. This is very time consuming to have to have made a 2 - 3 hr round trip, not only in the time varying by traffic but wasted gas.5). Beware!
