Understaffed. Posted to close at 4pm, in reality they stop answering there phones prior than that. I had a drop off specimen and needed to alert her I was coming. I called at 335 to receive a message that no one is available to take my call. I was at their door at 343 and the door was locked. I knocked the Hispanic woman at the counter shouted she was closed. I asked for a different location, she said Lab Cor. I asked for a copy of my orders. She came to the door w a copy of my insurance card but no order. She told me to come back tomorrow. My order included refrigeration and freezer samples along w room temp sample and blood work. Are my samples any good now? Besides being short tempered due to her time constraints I feel this location is short staffed, mis advertise their hours and offer poor quality customer service. I've been a customer for years at their previous Chino Valley location along with the Prescott office. I will use Lab Cor in the future. Bad experience and poor customer service.
