I just switched my accountant to Craig and so far he has been great. We’ll see how well he does with my taxes this year and if I am not satisfied I will change my review. But so far he has been very profesional and personable. So as long as he does what he says he will I’ll be with for a while.Update 4/5/18I have placed two phone calls and an email and have not gotten any response from Craig Curtis. I have been waiting for two and a half weeks now without any response. I reduced my review to four stars due to this. I feel that I am an understanding costumer and I know that accountants do not sleep during this time of year, but I expect a return phone call or email within 72 hours.
