I applied for a dental front office position. I'm currently a dental hygienist and finishing my bachelors in healthcare management this month. They said I would not be qualified to work front desk as all offices are looking for someone with 2 years experience. I worked front desk while in dental school for 2 years... clearly that wasn't enough. Also didn't understand what their thought process was. Anyone in the dental field knows that if you are a hygienist or work any clinical position you help answer phones, do recall and check patients in. Having a clinical person who can help up front is truly a blessing. But nope they didn't even want to meet me at Southern Crescent Personnel, how does a staffing agency not even interview a potential candidate who is over qualified??

Dont think they hire black people. When i went there one lady waiting for help was mortified to see a black face and the lady behind the desk turned me away fast

Found a job they posted online and they got me in helping long the way. After employment started I know I can just call them and get help on anything regarding my employment.

If I could give Southern Crescent Personnel Ten Stars I would! Southern Crescent Personnel is a wonderful company who will help anyone who wants to work. This is the second time that I have used Southern Crescent Personnel since 2012. They are hardworking, compassionate and very professional. I have had the honor to work at Piedmont and Emory through Southern Crescent Personnel. I was hired on full time with Piedmont because of them! If you are serious about working give Southern Crescent Personnel a call immediately. They will do everything they can to find you a good job!
