Spooner Risk Control Services is an Affiliate Member of Construction Employers Association / CEA.Tim Linville, CEO of CEA is Aggressive, Abusive, Racist and Sexist towards Hispanic Female CEA Member.Tim Linville,needs to Resign from CEA and Never Hold a Position of Authority and Power over Women ever again.Therefore, I Alert All Women Employees and Clients of Spooner Risk to be Cautious when dealing with Tim Linville / CEA and I Pray Tim Linville Never Harms another Woman as he did to me......Stay Safe
