Extremely frustrating and overall unpleasant experience. Provided tax documents several weeks before Tax Day, but 2 days before Tax Day the only "reassurance" I received was that "we are probably not gonna let you without filed taxes before the deadline". Very disappointing experience, with numerous unanswered phone calls and emails (ended up doing the taxes elsewhere on Tax Day).

I've used Sprague & Jackson for years for my US taxes, bringing all sorts of crazy head-scratching problems to them (is a post-doc fellowship from the Japanese government taxable or not?), none of which have ever fazed them.
