I share the feelings and expierence of several other complaintents.My issue is with the aloof representation of more than 3 of the customer service personell on more than one occasion.Requesting help is though your bothering them.The process and purchase pickup explanations where non existant i had to request further info, like pulling teeth.The assistant manager spoke in a derogatory tone and instead of helping when I clearly said " I could use some help with the selection/ features.. he pointed me to accessories & walked over to great a ustomer just walking in looking at a computer.
