THEY DONT DESERVE ONE STAR!! This company is such a joke, not even sure how they stayed in business for 20 something years but they won’t be in business 5 more years at the rate they are going. I was referred to the office in Alton by a couple of friends so I decided to see what it was about, worse time wasted. For starters they had the receptionist doing EVERYTHING it seemed like while both the girls in the back stayed on the phone calling people. Once one of the two girls decided to pay attention to me they never did an interview they just sent me to a warehouse in Edwardsville that ONLY gives you a lunch break and no other breaks in an 8 hour day. The supervisors talk to you crazy, the pay is extremely low for the amount of garbage you put up with and to top it off I NEVER received my bonus. They have us signing sheets to clock in an out while the other staffing agencies have badges so I should of knew this agency wasn’t legit. They have a serious issue with paying people the money they worked for ON TIME. Some dude named Matt was supposed to check on my bonus and hear it is a week later an I never received a call back from him. Very unprofessional and very nonchalant about my money I worked hard for. The whole company needs to be boycotted! JUST DISAPPOINTING
