Overall Feedback:

I've heard good things about Dr Shaver, but we have dealt with TJ.. who is amazing! She listens, explains, and genuinely cares about her patients. The 3 stars is base on the office staff. They would rather have conversations among themselves, push things off so they wouldn't have to do it, and had one try to mislead me about access to medical records.That or she was so involved in other conversations in the office she didn't pay attention enough to hear my questions. Either way, we will find another family Doctor.
