THEY CHARGED ME $222.00 FOR A BASIC TAX RETURN I'M A SENIOR CITIZEN, I DON'T OWN ANYTHING I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT PLACE ESPECIALLY WHEN I FOUND OUT H AND R BLOCJ WILL DO IT FREE WHAT A RIP OFF.

I have been seeing Andy Sadler, himself, for 25 plus years. Since he has became ill, and is no longer in the office, it has went down hill. They have lost our appointments for the last three years. This year they lost it and rescheduled 3 times. Then we drive an hour to go down there and was told that the guy that we made the appointment with would be leaving early. We've been seeing this man for the last 2 years and purposely waited weeks to see him. Every year the prices have gone up about $50 and now we are up to $500 to get our taxes done. My co-workers all went there and now they have switched and have taxes comparable to mine and only pay $225.00. We have been paying these prices because Andy was so good but now it's not justifiable to go in there and pay these prices just to see any person when you walk in. Not knowing that some have been there 20 years and some have been there 1 year. We made this known at our appointment and gave us a $40 discount but after I looked at the bill they have tacked on an additional $29.95 plat and maintenance fee. My entire family has quit going there also since Andy left.Very frustrated!

This is the best tax place in Terrehaute Indiana. The employees here are so great and they are number 1 no doubt about it

The Tax preparation was good but over priced compared to other preparers. Last year I paid $195 to file in 3 states and Federal with rental property. Stadler was $225 for 2 states and Federal with no rental properties.

I have been using Stadler for 8 years. This year, was the worse year of my life there. I signed paperwork for Billy when my name is Ryan. “Hello, can you hear me now?” The receptionist was very rude and trying to make jokes when I was already losing my cool due to their incompetence. It was like the blind following the blind. I will never go back ever. Billy McCarty, if you read this, I love u! Ps I had to give one star

I've filed my taxes at Stadler & Co for 3 years now and have always been impressed with their service. The team is professional, courteous, and very thorough with my documents during my visit and I feel like the team does everything they can to get me the best refund possible. Rates are comparable to H&R Block but the main difference to me is how quickly they're able to get you in and out if you have your documents in order. I would recommend them to anyone.
