Staffinders isn't a temp agency but a third part HR firm that works as an extension of clients’ HR departments. When people go in thinking that the goal of Staffinders is to get people jobs, they misunderstand.The goal is to act as an extension of the client and fill the client’s positions. Just like a company can pass on a candidate, so can a client pass on a Staffinders candidate. It is very annoying to be brought in for a job that does not exist. BUT! It’s also annoying when people give false information in their phone interviews. I believe Staffinders has a stellar team right now and if they can help someone, they will. Everyone works hard, even when they're swamped. What people don't know is that these recruiters are there long after closing hours hunting for the right candidates for the open positions, and I appreciate that. Thank you, Staffinders Team for putting in 100% always.
