Very unorganized, they don’t care about the employees and the checks are always messed up! I wouldn’t recommend this agency to anyone looking for a stable or organized employment system. Rather be working for McDonald’s, at least I know my check is gonna be there on time !

Been over a month since coming for a interview. They say they are hiring but never send you out anywhere. I don't understand how only one person (Nicole)is the only one sending people out .

As a current employee of The Staffing Alliance, I can say that this company has afforded me with opportunities that I never thought I could have. I came on board in 2017 as an Onsite Liaison and within 9 months they trusted me to run one of our largest accounts. Our Culture Statement states that we (Staff) are to be life change agents in the lives of our employees, stakeholders and community. I have witness The Staffing Alliance do just that. We came together and supported the community during hurricane Florence. We provided food, water and information on programs that could help those affected by the natural disaster. We have assisted with finding housing for employees who were homeless, and provided assistance with required items to begin work like steel toe shoes. As humans beings none of us are perfect and we do not always do everything right. We are not always able to please every person, but as an employee of The Staffing Alliance, I am proud to say that WE do our best to be the change that we want to see in our community. We do our best to support our employees and provide excellent customer services to our clients.
