Feedback:
The receptionist is ignorant, childish, petty, unprofessional and offensive. Although the remaining staff are polite and professional, the receptionist is bad enough to ruin the experience. Management needs to realize that she is the face of their company and she is single handedly ruining their reputation. I'm sure most of these 1 stars are a direct result of her. I will never return.
