I worked as the Administrative Coordinator for Staffing Solutions for just under 7 months. If you look at some of the previous comments, you will see my name mentioned as being very professional and kind. My experience at Staffing Solutions was decent. Having to deal with the owners constant talking down to people she thought were less than her. Constantly talking behind candidates back. Looking at people’s resumes and calling them bad names. Telling me people who pursue psychology degrees are messed up in the head. And FYI - I have a bachelors in psychology. Very unprofessional. Once I figured this is a work environment I do not want to be part of, I cut ties with them. I have emails from the controller stating that Zeta will not release my final check - which is a huge violation. They illegally deducted money from my final paycheck which I have yet to receive. I’ve contacted BOLI and and attorney and will be pursuing action. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re searching for work. The recruiters there are awesome and fun to work with. But management is beyond garbage and are stuck in their old school way of thinking.
