Wow, if I could give 10 stars I would!! I worked with Sharon Carroll telephonically and it was just like I was talking to a friend on the living room couch. She was very patient with me and answered all my questions. She was very accommodating and did not make me feel rushed if I had to go on a search for required information. As a retired soldier I did business with the United Services Automobile Association because of my comfort level. However, Sharon dispelled the myth and made me feel like my business was valued.
