Overall Feedback:

Came in a week ago with my mom and I referral her to Sterling, the worst experience ever. He is rude and disrespectful along with improperly doing her taxes, made her pay without explaining anything to her and then filed wrong. Please stay away from this place unless you want to have the same experience as us.
