I have been using Sterling's for the last 7-8 years. I can't say enough good things about their staff, and services. The staff is very friendly, and helpful. They want to make sure that you are being taken care of, and will go out of their way to make sure that happens. The service they provide has been phenomenal. I would be able to do my own taxes if it weren't for a special K-1 form that I have to report every year. Sterling's has been fantastic in helping with this K-1. Every year I stress because I don't see my K-1 until at least the first or second week in April, and I want my taxes completed on time. The staff at Sterlings always makes sure this happens. As the years have past, I have grown to know different people on the staff, and it doesn't matter who I come across that needs to help me, they do so in a timely manner, and always friendly and professional. I won't have anyone else do my taxes for me ever again, as this company ROCK's, and makes things happen for me. I've never been late on filing, and they always make sure that I understand my form, and that I am taken care of on time.
