Really fed up and had enough with this bank. Charging $10 to cash $40 Registration refund/check I received after I sold my vehicle and had to turn in my plates. Ridiculous!! It is a In State Check from the NYS DMV Comptroller. I should not have to have a checking account in order to cash it. What a rip off. Charging $10....REALLY?
