Hate to bash a place but this place has certainly taken a few steps back. I have been here several times but never experienced the super long wait times until today. Most of the staff seem pretty friendly but unfortunately that does not help when we have to sit here for 4, 5, and 6 hours. Simply ridiculous and if it were not for the missing presence of good paying loads, I would have left this place long ago. Would not recommend it if you are not prepared to sit.
