I had a very disappointing experience. The environment and the actual salt cave were absolutely lovely. Sadly, the customer service was the worst I've ever had. It took two weeks to get a call back to reserve an appointment. I called about ten times during their working hours and was put straight to voicemail each time; I left multiple messages with call back information as well. The person I finally spoke with over the phone was not patient, kind, or helpful. There were miscommunications happening and she did not work to understand what I was asking for. I ended up being charged full-price for an additional package on top of the one I was attempting to schedule. Once I realized what was actually happening she had already taken my credit card information and stated that she could not give me a refund for that second charge. I wasn't able to get anywhere while on the phone and planned to find a resolution once I visited the cave in-person. The same person was working and I had even worse interactions. I received an unbelievable amount of unapologetic condensation, attitude, and sarcasm. This same person barked instructions once entering the cave, which set the tone for my time in this "peaceful" space. The purpose of spending intentional time with Himalayan sea salt is to relax, heal, and rejuvenate. No matter how hard I tried to meditate/clear my mind/brush off the negative I was unable to have that experience due to the poor customer service. I was never refunded and ended up giving up because I didn't want to have any more confrontational interactions with this person. I would not recommend the salt cave to friend or foe.
